One of the easiest ways to make web pages is to simply save your word processing documents as HTML code.

In Microsoft Word, click file/save as and choose html. Before saving add the suffix .html to the file name.

In Word Perfect and AppleWorks, click file/save as and choose html as the format. Add .html to the file name.

You can modify the file (add line breaks, for example) by opening the file with a text editor and hand-coding the changes.
